If I could give a negative star I would. Have been going in for 1yr with the same issue. Referrals were never made, had me coming back several times all to say I needed Referral again but not making it. After weeks of waiting for this appt today I finally went in to see the “specialist” after 1hr 45 of waiting in the lobby they tell me it’s too complicated for her and they need to request a referral and I need to make another appt at another location 🤯. The staff was friendly and was in an out pretty quickly for my routine cleaning. Would recommend coming to this location.
It's not allowing me to only rate half of a star. But if I could, I would do less than a half. WESTERN DENTAL SOCKS MY SON WENT IN THERE FOR A TOOTHACHE AND LEFT WITH BRACES. HE HAD NO JOB, NO INCOME. WHATSOEVER, NOT ONLY DID THEY PLACE THE BRACES ON HIM, BUT THEY ASSURED HIM THAT HE WOULD BE APPROVED THROUGH CARE CREDIT OR A CREDIT CARD TO PAY OFF WHAT THE INSURANCE DIDN'T PAY. I SEE STILL STRUGGLES WITH HIS FINANCES. THEY'VE NOT TOUCHED HIS BRACES, HE OWES AND THEY WON'T EVEN TAKE THEM OFF. NOW, I'M A NURSE AND PATIENT CAR... read more
This by far is the worst place to get braces! They broke my brackets these last couple visits and they say that they will put it back on my next visit and then my next visit happens and they don’t put it back on and then my next visit happens and they don’t put it back on .. now I’m missing 2 brackets same side .. then I hear The dental assistant’s Discussing how they wanted to leave so I get it. They didn’t want to put on my bracket because I wanted to leave, but now two of my brackets are missing at the end and the way tha... read more
Parking space sucks and waiting an hour and 30 minutes to be seen is ridiculous.
