Today the 7th of October is the 3rd time I’ve tried to be seen at this office since they made my dentures almost 8 years ago. They did an awesome job with the dentures back then but over the past 5 years I’ve tried to come in and get my new pair done and between canceling an appointment that was scheduled on my birthday…and last month me waiting for over an hour only to be told they would not have time to see me that day and I should reschedule. I was so nervous to go to the dentist, but the team put me at ease! They were so friendly, caring, and professional. I'm so glad I found this office!
I will complain about every location of western dental disrespectful rude vile gross place is dirty doctors and staff attitude disgusting do not give these ppl business idc how broke you are or how much pain you have save your soul and leave when you request for doctor to come out they play games and call police on you to get you for trespassing also stop donating to police stations because they defend these types of ppl but when we need them they refuse to help.
