One of the female dentists had an attitude and wasn't clear with me when I asked simple questions. And a receptionist was giving me incorrect information in regards to my insurance I've had for over a decade. Please train your employees, if they dislike people then work grave shift! I will file a complaint.
The wait to be examined has always been for AT LEAST an hour everytime. There also have been times where they scheduled me for an appointment and when I showed up they weren't even sure why I was there. They had me scheduled another time for an extraction yet the EXTRACTOR wasn't there that day... I am very grateful though that they were able to set me up with Dentures with just my Medi-Cal coverage, free of charge to me! That was the whole purpose of this collaboration.
