Avoid any western dental at all costs!!! If I could give them a zero I would. Went into this location for a root canal follow up. They took my x rays and told me I had an infection after I received a root canal and said it would “clear up on its own” realizing that’s not the case at all as I’ve now developed into an ear infection. I wish i could give a zero! All Western Dental offices are horrible! Let's start with scheduling an appointment! All calls are routed to the call center, not the location you think you are calling! The way the call center representatives act, I think they're paid on commission only! They don't listen and schedule you for anything! Whether they can complete the service or not! would give negative 5 stars if i could. Scheduled a cleaning covered by my insurance. Get to my appointment, and they tell me they would rather do some other procedure and prescribe a home treatment solution that requires me to get a retainer (very costly) that is not covered by my insurance. I say I only want the general cleaning that was covered by my insurance and they flat out refused. they would not do it and I had to leave without any cleaning.
