The first time I was there for some hours but every one was nice and accommodating The next day the specialist answered my concerns. The one thing I did not like was the rooms were very dusty and needed a wipe down and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom
Terrible place, I asked if my insurance would cover for my dental cleaning. They said it should..which isn’t good enough cause I want a guaranteed and with no surprise bill. I waited more than 30 minutes as my appointment was supposed to be at 11am. I then asked the guy up front and he said maybe another 20 minutes no guarantee. Cancelled and left. Wasted my time going there. Never again I’m going to any Western Dental.
Worst dentist office ever they prolong filings office visits prescriptions and wait time after the appointment the staff are lazy rude and disrespectful. I will never go to this location ever again. They need to be reported
Was quoted $23K+ for what l need done. I asked about my dental insurances percentage of coverage and got no answer. Just an offer to finance a cleaning and gum treatment that was over $1,200.00. Financing only offered $3,500. Nowhere near the 23,000.00 quoted. Expecting me to pay out of pocket on the spot and doesn't take credit cards. Something doesn't smell right.
0/5 Stars I feel like I was a victim of the most unethical and discriminatory behavior by the dentists in that office. I had an appointment scheduled to check my crown in my upper front teeth, I've been under severe pain lately, at the end they refuse to attend me because they didn't do the job but as I had an appointment already I just wanted them to check my crown and at least give me a diagnosis or give me a prescription for the pain so I could endure the pain, until I change my primary dental care doctor but they even re... read more
