This place seriously needs to get shut down! Management sucks, front desk is the worst. I just want to be done with this place. Regret making the choice to pick them. I thought Western Dental had a good name but this place is by far the worst. Wish I could put in 0 stars or possibly even a negative rating!

Awful! I have called mulitple times to change my insurance and no response from anyone. Dentist and Ortho staff are amazing but the front desk is awful. They take messages like they are annoyed you called. My kids treatment is delayed. I hope I can get get a response today.

Today I had an appointment at 1pm they had me waiting for 1 hour after that they told me I had to wait another hour and it took 7 minutes to do my cleaning for my teeth so it took them 2 hours to do a 10 minutes to do a cleaning and they told me to use my reading glass to protect my eyes rather than offering to give me glasses the only good thing is that the girl who assisted was humble and kind and brought me glasses so I finished my cleaning and am taking my money and going… See more
The pediatric dentist is the best! I've never seen such a caring, gentle, and loving doctor. I highly recommend her.
