The Doctors and the nurses made me smile and took good care of me and in finishing up my work with them and they rock .. Kudos Western Dental in Long Beach on 7th and Juiperno and yes I'm a patient

The staff are unbelievably rude and the doctors treat you like an animal.
I visited this place several times, and every time I encountered a very rude attitude from its employees and doctors. Also, you have to wait one to two hours after your SCHEDULED time to see a doctor. The doctors keep trying to pressure me into buying a pharmaceutical product after they damaged my teeth during a deep cleaning. I filed a complaint with the Board of Dentists. They should not be allowed to work or treat patients this way. If you care about your teeth, never go there.
The amount with which they shame their patients while they are in the chair are exactly what makes a lot of people not want to go to the dentist. They were very unprofessional and incredibly rude. When i was getting a crown put in, this one lady shamed the heck out of me, and tried to ingratiate myself to her for taking the time to make the crown for me.
