worst customer service ever – I should have checked your reviews before i would have saved myself alot of time, money and headache.I went to get my teeth whiten,so they adviced me to get exrays and cleaning, which was ok with me.after waiting for 49 min i got my turn to be waited on.mind you i had an appointment,they took exrays and got me ready for cleaning and in between the waits it took like 10-15 min just laying there.finaly excited to be taken care off just to get my hopes crushed when one of the staff told me to resch... read more
Stupid the office manager – this dental has a very stupid and pride the office manager. He has the discrimination on Asian. The rude attitude is so ugly. Please careful for it!!!
Western dental – I was there for a cleaning and also got told i needed a root canal, i was a little dirty, not too much privacy i was there for a total of maybe about 2 and half hours., i decided to get a second opinion , well turns out i had no cavity and didnt need a root cana.. Complete dissapointment NEVER AGAIN

Extremely dislike! – This was BY FAR the worst dental experience of my life! It was like going to a county or welfare dentist but... I still paid 1200.00 for a crown which is standard anyway! Their so called " Dentists" well...it's hard to believe the actually ARE dentists! So unprofessional, so unorganized, so rude, uncaring about the pain they are causing! Bad Sevice – wait time there is too long
Super Friendly! – I never thought of Western Dental as the place to go to get great dental service. I'm so glad that the staff proved me wrong this past week. I took my special needs daughter in twice this week to have dental exam and then cavities filled. Both times the staff and dentist were kind, curtious and informative. My daughter was anxious about getting her cavities filled, since this was the first time needed. The dentist and staff put her fears at ease. My daughter and I had a great experience there. They have approved – I have been going to Western Dental at this location in S.M. for years now. I drive all the way from Paso Robles which is just over an hour. They always get me in right away when I call to make an apt. especially for emergencies. They work with people on a payment plan, which is great. The staff and receptionists are always nice , the place is clean and Dr. Silva is wonderful. I would highly rec. this Western Dental. Bad service do not go here – I went here for a braces consultation and the service was horrible. As soon as I walked in, it was packed. There was no one waiting to greet you, you basically had to come up and acknowledge yourself. I stood there for a good 3 minutes in front of someone's face before they even said anything. I waited to be seen 30 mins past my appt time and still had not been seen so I left..the girl actually accidentally kept my ID so I have to go back Monday to pick it up. smh Do not go here and after going t... read more
