they make my appointment all time hve wait 4 hours and was at 2 then 3 hours lady said they have to reschedule who does that know i hve wait another 3weeks just to fix my tooth thats causing me pain
Entire office in Carson on Carson St, worst customer service, attitudes from receptionist, no call backs even when constantly leaving messages, no manager on site. Would recommend surprise patients to see your Carson office at its worst.
very frustrating, I've waited 6 months to have them fill out the submission forms to be approved by my insurance company. 4 times they have submitted the paperwork wrong. the aim waiting. they dropped the ball so many times, I'm still missing my tooth and now have now have more cavities. hopeful now that I brought in the caniego abes saw the dentist, I will finally get the work done that had been brushed for 6 months now. they ate understaffed and the employees are overworked. they can't handle all the customers, they can't ... read more
