The rudest people, the worst customer service. Those working at the desk, either seem to enjoy giving you the run around or just don't know what they're doing. (They just hung up on twice when we were trying to figure out where a payment went.) So beware with making payments with a credit card with these people. I wouldn't even give them a star.
I would never recommend for you to take your children here. It is about an hour wait everytime you go and the staff are very rude.
