The Orthodontic Doctor is great my daughter feels comfortable with him and does and knows what he is doing the general dentist my daughter does not like at all and I don't blame her. She is rude and always walking around with a pissed off look all The time. The staff up front are ok no complaints really. The dental assistance well some are nice and some are ok too.
So far so good. I know it's early in my journey. I have a lot of work to get done. Hopefully everything goes smooth these next few months or should I say years. Let's see what happens.
Western Dental has the worst customer service then any other business I have had to deal with. The ONLY thing they care about is making that money but it's not the individual offices fault but they're Corporate office and I'm also gonna put the blame on Managed Care Health who is supposed to regulate Western Dental who are at fault If you go to the BBB website and look up Western Dental you will be horrified what you find out about Western Dental I was there the other day because of my granddaughter she went to them and got ... read more
It has been quite a while that i had work done from Western Dental but finally have the courage to say i had a terrible experience with a certain "Doctor" that completely ruined my teeth. I was not educated about crowns and she milked me for over four thousand Dollars on treatment that i did not need now that i realize.
