Very long wait times 2hr+. Two front desk ladies were rude, sitting on their phones, and did not listen to what I needed related to dental care. The office itself was unsanitary.
The girls at the reception are rude,racist and incompetent at their job.They don’t listen to the end when people talk to them and in general they spoke arrogantly as if I was not a person but some kind of nonentity. On the phone, when I made an appointment for my husband and myself, they made an appointment for me at 12, and my husband at 13:00 in the afternoon and they did not warn that there should be a translator with us, they said to just come and that’s all, but when we arrived they just closed the door for lunch, and m... read more
Well I'm not happy about that the way things are going and I am in pain and how much longer do I have before the infection if I have one because I was told that I could die I have been sick?
Cinthia, Rose and Dr. Trinh and Mara were amazing and very polite and helpful. Western Dental is my favorite dentist place to go to
