Worst experience ever!! Never coming back here....not only did they sit on our paperwork for an hour and a half after we filled it in but didn’t tell me they had to verify anything before hand. When I called to make the appt the guy on the phone told me to just “bring it in” (my insurance). They claim they “called me” but I didn’t have a voicemail from them. we have been scheduled for several dentist appointments when the dentist has not showed up we do not get a call beforehand to let us know that it should be cancelled.
Poor communication and empty promises to talk dental plan over and didn’t want to take time to review my X-rays of teeth needing work. Rush job to the max is what I got from them.
HORRIBLE. waited more than an hour and a half for my appointment. Very rude staff. Poorly managed.

-I actually just transferred to this location , but so far I am satisfied. My first Appointment Here , the wait wasn’t long at all . The staff is pretty friendly , Cammie especially! She was able to get ahold of the last office I was assigned to (which isn’t easy to do at all) she got all the documents that I couldn’t get to . She is FANTASTIC. Love her already :)
Got my teeth cleaned today. Feels good Western Dental did a great job.
