Not sure if all dentist and staff in that office are the same but in this office they will lie to you, they will say they accept your insurance and then will claim insurance doesn’t cover it ( while insurance said specific service ia covered) and they will you to pay cash or leave you in pain. Unethical but not first time experience with western dental . Looks like it’s their policy in all branch’s , but in mowry office in Fremont , we received better attention from much nicer staff.
Scam! Scam! Scam! I had a very frustrating experience at this dental clinic. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I faced a long wait before being seen. After my X-rays were completed, I informed the doctor that I was there for a regular cleaning, as I had recently relocated and could no longer visit my previous dentist. Let me start off saying if I could give ZERO stars, I would. Whoever is on here giving this place 5 stars is lying. I called, made an appointment, filled out the online documents that were sent to me as you do before an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the SAME paperwork I did online. It was whatever. Quick thing. Then I was told it would be at least an hour wait for the x-ray specialist.
