i got my braces done here the staff is all really 😊
Aggressive sale tactics. They cancel appointments without calling. When you confront the fact that you received no call with the front desk you recive arguments that you were contacted, even after showing your call and voicemail history for the day that does not reflect their claim. you will receive no apology only exasperation that you are expressing an issue. I will say the dentists are kind and professional and for the most part the receptionists are the same but everything else is a mess. I've heard worse stories as well... read more
Not good
While the receptionists and support staff are great, the Fremont Blvd business manager and dentists are in cahoots to scam/defraud new customers. They will force you to have an invasive 2 day, $700 out-of-pocket deep cleaning and many other unnecessary items like a $115 mouthguard and other treatments that you do not need, and will deny you a regular (insurance-covered) clean.
