The seats in the lobby were all stained and i saw hair hanging off the seat i sat next to. I started to fill out the forms as a first timer and as i looked around the looby more it was flat out dirty. If this is the front no way i would ever trust you with my teeth 🤮🤢🤮. I have just made an appointment with my moms dentist. Do not go to western dental. You can have a dirty bum do the same quality work as Western Dental

I see a major improvement in the office since my last visit. I was considering changing offices but now I am very pleased with the services they provided for me.
One of the worst businesses we have ever dealt with. The entire experience was bad from start to finish. We took our kids and got a checkup, they proceeded to start the process to remove some of our daughters teeth without getting our consent. She messaged us in the waiting area and we put a stop to the teeth removal. They still billed us for the removal of the teeth. The worst service staff are very unprofessional I don't even know how they get in and talk to the people as customer service, I made my appointment twice still didn't get what I need done..
I had my 1st visit today! I was very impressed with the staff and how nice the dentist was and he made me comfortable with my care. I'll be back soon!
