Wow, what can I say? This is the worst managed/staffed dental clinic I have ever been to. Had 8:00 appointment. We're the second to check in. Waited 1hr 3 mins for X-rays. Wait another 34 mins before an arrogant worker named Cody told us it would be another 5 mins and the doc would see us. Run! This place is horrible! Under staffed and the schedule is screwed up! I do not recommend this location! Waiting time in the lobby is 1 hour, then waiting in the back is an extra 30 min. This location will take your whole day! Management needs to improve.

My story is quite complicated. It has many layers: On May 21 I scheduled myself a deep clean. When I got there they told me I wasn't scheduled for any appointments. I'm 4 hours away so you can imagine how frustrated I was. Then found out my Dental Insurances was with a completely different company, not their fault though the rest of this story is! You’re absolutely horrible I hope you guys get shut down. I’ve been going here since 2017 and you tell me you lost my entire record and that I don’t exist in the system. I waited over an hour and your receptionist was the most rude and petty person I’ve ever encountered here. You started being extremely rude to my mother when we tried asking what happened to my records and why I haven’t been seen yet and when we ask where’s the manager, “he’s not here” well can we get corporate and she says she doesn’t have the number while ... read more

This place is the absolute worst! I would give it 0 stars if I could. They make appointments months in advance and then try to reschedule you for months later at the last minute, can never see you at your actual appointment time, have no flexibility, and flat out don’t care about their patients. I will never ever come here again and will make damn sure that none of my family or friends do either. Absolutely most ridiculous dental experience I’ve ever had in my life.
