My wife and I were to be new customers. Confirmed appointment the afternoon before and reassured that our insurance had been varifed and the appointment confirmed. We cleared all commitments the next morning for back to back appoinments. My wife has to take medication prior to dentist appointments and took it that morning. Less than an hour before our appointments, we received a call cancelling and ask to reschedule out another 2 weeks. So much for customer service!! My appointment at Western Dental Santa Cruz was for a cleaning only. I waited in the front lobby for about 15 minutes when a woman came and called my name. She took me to the back to the dental chair and proceeded to polish my teeth before the first step was done by the dentist. Strange I thought. This is backward for a dental cleaning.
