I scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and was scheduled for 1/3/22 at 11:30am. I received a call the week prior from a gentleman asking for my insurance information. I drove 25 minutes from Felton to Western Dental. My wife and I were to be new customers. Confirmed appointment the afternoon before and reassured that our insurance had been varifed and the appointment confirmed. We cleared all commitments the next morning for back to back appoinments. My wife has to take medication prior to dentist appointments and took it that morning. Less than an hour before our appointments, we received a call cancelling and ask to reschedule out another 2 weeks. So much for customer service!! They Did not give me service I was in a pain in my tooth and they said the doctor was there to put the tooth out but he wasn’t legal to put out a tooth so they made me sit there for 15 minutes and the boss didn’t do nothing and they Harassed me and pushed me out at the door and they are mean to people who have Special Ed
My appointment at Western Dental Santa Cruz was for a cleaning only. I waited in the front lobby for about 15 minutes when a woman came and called my name. She took me to the back to the dental chair and proceeded to polish my teeth before the first step was done by the dentist. Strange I thought. This is backward for a dental cleaning. LaMeica is so caring. She has the biggest heart of anyone I've ever seen in a dental office. She went out of her way to make sure that I had EVERYTHING I needed, answered all my questions patiently and personally, didn't brush me off in any way, checked on what she wasn't sure about to give me the correct answer, was very present as she looked me directly in the eyes. Since my teeth weren’t that bad my visit was pleasant! They were very educating, patient and concerned about my comfortability. Always asking me how I was doing and if I was OK. They have a very good staff there, it’s a clean facility. I love their gold membership! I am a member of their establishment and I love how their financial department is willing to work with me on a payment plan with low interest rates. The service is most up to standard. They had soooooo much patience with my twins who are only 3 year old. I will forever be going there. The staff are pleasant and the Dentist is cool and down to earth. I am pleased with the services
