Front desk staff is very rude (Ashely and Maria) Office manager (Yadira)disrespectful, and dismissive. If she does not agree with you she will not try to help in any way. Dr. Sam and his back office staff are great. Unfortunately the front desk staff make it extremely difficult to want to return. They do not send out our reminds via email or phone call, but say they do. We will book an appointment and wait over 30 minutes but if we are late they refuse to see us.
