All I can say is all questions get answered. Ashley Diaz and Brittney Diaz are there to help they do a fantastic job at what they do couldn’t ask for better help.
I want to thank Ashley and Brittney for always helping me out and answering on my doubts I have before or after my kids are seen. They always make things more clear and easier for me to understand. Thank you for making my boys feel less scared to. It always feels so welcome.
Front desk staff is very rude (Ashely and Maria) Office manager (Yadira)disrespectful, and dismissive. If she does not agree with you she will not try to help in any way. Dr. Sam and his back office staff are great. Unfortunately the front desk staff make it extremely difficult to want to return. They do not send out our reminds via email or phone call, but say they do. We will book an appointment and wait over 30 minutes but if we are late they refuse to see us. I've been coming here for 14 years with my daughters love the office and staff especially mari she is verry helpful. Office is clean and very kid friendly
