Poor quality dental work Several of my friends had advised me against going to this place but I was desperate. I had a tooth that was falling apart and causing me unbearable pain and Western Dental was the only place I could afford. My intention was to just have the tooth pulled but I was presented with an option to have a root canal and only having to pay $40 a month after making a $600 deposit. Awful My friend went to Western Dental to have a route canal. The experience was awful. He said the dentist, Dr. Cook, was so aggressive, he actually damaged my friend's lip during the procedure. He would never, ever return to this office.
Dental office I found the staff & dentist to be very ruid.They tried to tell me I needed work that I didn't and they were very rough. My son in law went to them for dentures in Oct 2005 they made him teeth that look like they are for a hourse, then they tried 2 times to correct them but they look the same to me.Here we are the end of March and they still arent wright.They have had to do oral surgery several times on him and he has gotten an infection every time.This is a place that you can go if you don't have dental insuran... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I made an appointment with Western dental and I have not even made it to the appointment and its already a nightmare! I called back after making my appointment to get an email address, so that my current Dentist could send my x-rays. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and no one came back. I called again and they told me they did not know the email address. I asked, if they had the capability to receive films by email? No one knew what I was talking about. Dentist A. Enaya is terrible he jacked up my jaw was rude and the office was filthy and not sterile, NOT A PROFESSIONAL NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!!! its been 4 days since he worked on me and i still cant move my jaw and he is soooo rude.
DR. PHEN.....CAVEMAN DENTIST!!! I went to the Western Dental on Florin Rd in Sacramento....the one near Freeport Blvd. This was very easily the worst dental experience I have ever had. The ladies at the front desk just ignored me as I stood there waiting to talk to someone. The dental assistants were very nice. The main problem I had was with Dr. Phen, a big tall fat guy. Substandard care I was not impressed with the standard of care I received here. My request for a female dentist was not honored. The work seems substandard. My concerns about things were brushed off. The wait was almost always long. The employees at the front desk are rude, as is the manager. I was made to wait for almost an hour while she had a *loud* argument on the phone with her mother. You couldn't pay me to go back! OMG it's ashame we have to rate this horrible place with any stars at all. BELIEVE all the previous bad reviews you've read here. I went there to try to get an exam and cleaning for my toddler. This is the only dentist in the area that accepts our insurance and I would WAY rather dish money out of my pocket to go elsewhere (and, I'm broke as it is).
