Came in for a wisdom teeth exaction sent by my primary dentist. Terrible service. Front desk does not do their job. The receptionist yelled at me for her team's mistake. This place makes me thankful for my actual dentistal office. My condolences to those that have no option but to go here
Great experience here on my first appointment! I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and finally decided it was time to get a check up. Dr. Sandhu and the staff were helpful and friendly so I do recommend making an appointment here!
DO NOT COME HERE! Not only is it hard to be scheduled an appointment but the wait is long. Or they randomly cancel appointments without letting their clients know.
It is no wonder everyone I know has mentioned how terrible Western Dental is. First of all they do not answer their phones. After screwing around for 2 weeks trying to get clarification regarding insurance and some other stuff, I finally had to go in in-person because they forward you to a 24hr hotline that can't give you all the info you need.
