I think this might be the first time me saying this but i wish i can give no starts. I can't see how this place stays in business. I bring my son in for his appointment. They said they canceled it and they tried to call me but they couldn't get a hold of me to canceled. Never got the call. Rescheduled and got another appointment. I had an appointment for June 16th. About a week before my appointment, I called to cancel. They told me they never scheduled an appointment for June 16th. Then, on June 16th, they sent me a text saying I had missed my appointment. The appointment that supposedly was never scheduled. I was meant to be seen by an orthodontist last month, but they gave me an appointment on a day where their orthodontist was not in. This is the worst place ever. They make you wait hours, they don’t care what time your appointment is. Today my daughter had an appointment for 3:30 in the afternoon and after making me wait for two and half hours they asked me to leave and reschedule. Never ever go to this place
They scheduled me for a crown Lengthening and the day of my appointment, they said they’re gonna have to reschedule because I didn’t do my crown prep, like okay YOU GUYS didn’t schedule me for one.
