I had an appointment at 11, I came at 1030 to do paperwork since I was a new patient. I showed up, not one person at the desk said anything to me. I stood there for 10 minutes to check in and receptionists were not on the phone or anything. I finally said something, they gave me my paperwork I completed and gave it to them. Appointment was at 930am - Xrays , cleaning and a small tooth chip fixed - was there almost 2 1/2 hours - they shouldn't schedule back to back appointments with too many patients & not enough dentists to cover leaving people waiting for hours !!
Very bad customer service. Went to my appointment they said that they DO NOT have time
Worst experience ever!! Never coming back here....not only did they sit on our paperwork for an hour and a half after we filled it in but didn’t tell me they had to verify anything before hand. When I called to make the appt the guy on the phone told me to just “bring it in” (my insurance). They claim they “called me” but I didn’t have a voicemail from them. RecommendedI went in for an extraction, left with no pain. The staff and doctors have been really nice and helpful! I will definitely be back for my routine check ups and cleanings.
RecommendedWait time is long, but they take their time with you. I was very pleased with my dentist.
They Did not give me service I was in a pain in my tooth and they said the doctor was there to put the tooth out but he wasn’t legal to put out a tooth so they made me sit there for 15 minutes and the boss didn’t do nothing and they Harassed me and pushed me out at the door and they are mean to people who have Special Ed
RecommendedWould absolutely recommend. My son is 3, and he had his first dental visit today. They were so patient, and caring with him. They sung songs while they cleaned his teeth, and he loved every bit of it. They rewarded him afterwards with prizes, which made his experience even more wonderful. Staff was amazing.
