I just started going back to the dentist and I have medical so I decided to go to Western dental. I made an appointment that was available at 3:30 then they called me a few days before that if it was possible for me to go at 2:30 because a new patient takes a while. I didn't mind which is why I agreed ! Well a day before I get a call that they have me for 3:30 and they don't take people at that time because it takes a while. Well duh that's why I agreed to 2:30!
