They don't open on time, very poorly ran, appointments are never on time and will be canceled without any notification!
I've been waiting 3 years for my over $200 refund got bounced from 1 person to the next claiming they would process the refund, including the corporate office. No refund no return calls. Next step BBB grievance filing, Dental Board Attorney at their expense. Poorly managed company all the way to the top!

Nightmare phone service. I have to type their zipcode to be told, 'no providers in your area'?
Just wanted to say that Cody at the churn creek office was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, genuine and friendly! This was a much different experience than i've had in the past at a different WD years ago. I felt like I was getting VIP service, above and beyond, an amazing experience thanks to his expert care. All my questions and concerns were handled in a professional manner. Who ever hired him...found a gem. Thanks Cody!
