Two days ago I finally went to western dental just for the free consultation to see if my gap was fixable and thanks to dr. Wagner she was able to help. Yuli help with my financial and I was able to get approved for care credit. I’m definitely going to send my family and friends to western dental for dental care.
I tried for years to find an oral surgeon to remove my broken teeth. I had my first appointment on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Thursday morning I had already had the surgery. Everyone was super nice. Dr. Jin and Maria were amazing!
All I can say is that this place is not worth doing business with. I simply asked one question and then they kept transferring phones and had me on hold for literally 20 minutes and then once they finally picked up the phone they asked me again what I was calling for...... I’m just disappointed.
I had horrible mouth pain late friday night. I walked in saturday morning at 8am with no appointment. They saw me within 30 minutes and did 5 hours of work on me. They have good payment plans and a very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend them.
