My mom decided to switch to Delta Dental so she could receive the dental care she needed. Her new dentist performed an exam and informed her that her gums and teeth were in excellent condition and that there was never a need for a deep cleaning in the first place. Based on this experience, we will no longer be using Western Dental or DentiQuest. Worst experience ever!!!! DONT CALL, ImTHEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 mins. I WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 2 hours and they didn’t see me. The billing department is rude. If you want service from a 3rd world country go to western dental. I would rather have a root canal with no anesthesia, then to come back here again!!!!!!
