It’s horrible , The only thing you will gain from an embarrassing place will be to lose your whole day and smell the mouths of rude people and leave there empty-handed
Terrible first check in experience, had a 2pm appointment still wasn’t seen as of 4pm. Very inefficient with how they do everything.
I went with my MetLife PPO insurance, and it didn’t cover the deep cleaning. I ended up having to pay the full price. Then I called another clinic that offered a free consultation and the deep cleaning for the same price. It’s all just business—don’t use your insurance there. They already told me that it was a service that they didn't explain to me, that it was an irrigation that was optional and that I didn't ask for. Lack of professionalism. They only want money, go to SELEC DENTAL IN SAN LEANDRO, it's better.
