Thought I'd give Western dental a shot. Everything negetive people say about them is 100% true.
Thie staff on this place are very rude after and hour that we waited, they say the insurance didn't cover and we're waiting on a secondary insurance to fax them and see if it cover , they should have told me what was going on instead off making me wait , or should have check that out when I made the apt and give all the information, I saw them rescheduleing other patients because the dr was not their after they waited 2hrs for him , I wonder , if go go in two hrs late what are they going to say , very incompetent staff, I'll... read more
