So frustrated and honestly mad. I live in an area that doesn’t have access to health care so Redding is the closest location for me. I made an appointment over the phone and drove 3 hrs to get here. Called to double check my appointment beforehand the morning of, got to the location and THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE WEEK. Also they made my appointment for when they go on lunch break so either way I would have been screwed. I had a tooth ache and needed the tooth pulled, while I was driving home I realized they had pulled the wrong tooth. The tooth they pulled didn't even have a cavity on it. I'm traumatized by this.

I paid for my son's treatment plan (our copay portion after insurance) for work to be done by appointment. Our insurance ran out in December and due to numerous rescheduling by Western Dental the treatment plan was unable to be completed in time. I requested the funds for the work not done to be refunded to me in December. I spoke to the office manager fellow Cody. Cody assured me that I would get my $136 returned by February. IMO they are preying on the mentally ill. This place is terrible. My average wait time was 4 hours. The average time between appointments was 6 weeks. It should be criminal What they do. They basically hold your teeth hostage and try to Extort you and your family members for money for unnecessary services, such as trays for gum treatments, not covered by any insurance.

I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with this office. They are purposefully withholding about prices, and are extremely unhelpful in every way. After my initial visit i was told to give them a 5 star review as I was leaving despite having a terrible experience. They are incredibly unprofessional and difficult on the phone and inconsistent with their information depending on who you speak with. Avoid at all costs.
