The service at the Oxnard western dental was definitely professional!The male dental tech was definitely on top of his game!

Very nice and helpful except for a receptionist that was very unperfisional. Other than that every thing was pleasant.
I had an appt on 2/26 at 4pm and waited almost two hours before they called me to be seen for my appt. The technician took x rays, and then the dentist came and told me to schedule another appt for the cleaning. At the front desk, they said I needed to do root planing and scaling at $800 with insurance, and that I needed several cavities filled, and refused to do a normal cleaning. The dentist did not explain any of this herself so I was very confused, especially as I brush and floss daily and have always had normal cleaning... read more
