Ready to sit there and wait for at least 3hrs.
Given the wrong appointment for my daughter - after waiting over an hour. Told she would have to wait to see the Orthodontist, and that wasn't a guarantee , because they would have to squeeze her in!!!!! The male clerk, was so blaze about it, offered no apologies for his mistake. We all make mistakes, however, owing it speaks of one's character. If I could give a zero, I would.
Nobody told me what they were doing. Had to question every action they did. I had bruising on my check after a filling. I had to wait until 1 pm to be seen by someone for an appointment scheduled at 10am when I didn't see anyone until 11:30 am.
