Wow ! I have CPTSD and unfortunately for me dentists are a trigger. It’s the first time I felt comfortable, understood and not made to feel foolish for my fears. So gentle, caring and understanding . What a beautiful place with great energy. Thank you ladies for everything and treating me with the upmost respect .
I had an appointment at 3:30 PM, but I waited until 4:15 PM. When I asked how much longer I’d have to wait, they told me to come back after another 45 minutes to an hour. Omg, everyone has things to do!
My first time at Western dental care and it was amazing. Went to check my wisdom tooth and everything was so smooth, thank you so much to the nurses and the dentist for making me feel good and not scared I can't wait to come back and remove my tooth 😀
