Terrible experience, I feel the dentists are not really qualified, the office cancelled an appointment and never called back to reschedule it. I was told they did not have a dentist in that could do a root canal... in a dentist office?? really? And they have been trying to charge me for those procedures that were never done. I am still trying to fix this after months and customer service was completely useless. Avoid at all cost!
Protip: Don't schedule someone to be seen by a dentist if his lunch is 30 minutes after you scheduled appointment. Here we are an hour later and this is unbelievable...
If I could give this company negative stars for every infraction I would! I needed to be seen badly for a check up and cleaning so I scheduled an appointment over the phone (which was already a challenge) only to have my appointment canceled and then rescheduled a month later at a different location. When I showed up to my appointment five minutes early the the staff was filtering into the office, every single person ignoring me, unlocking and relocking the door until they were finally "ready" to let me in. Very unprofessional ..also overbooked and understaffed the place was not very clean at all the floors were filthy ...i was in there for 6 hours my appointment was at 10am i did not leave until 4pm.
