DONT GO HERE! Due to Covid they have all the patients sitting outside. I was sitting in the chair next to the door the whole time as instructed. I paid attention for my name to be called. It never was. TWO hours later I went inside to check-in And was told they are no longer seeing patients. I told them I had been sitting outside in 100° heat for two hours and my Teeth were hurting as well as my clearly fractured foot in a boot. Receptionist kindly told me she could not take me & asked to reschedule. Then the other receptionist (with attitude) told me it was “ My responsibility to pay attention for my name to be called“ 😮 and they “called my cell”. I showed her my phone, In my hand, the whole 2 hours. It never rang. She said it was “out of their hands”. I am at a loss for words. TOTALLY unprofessional & Of course no one will take accountability for this. I left in tears after being treated like crap. So I’m supposed to reschedule at the same place that did this to me today? 🤔 yeah. I don’t think I’ll be doing that. I will be telling every single person I know about this experience!!! And don’t bother leaving a computer generated “Sorry about your experience “because you’re not and nothing will be done. 👍 If you want real service, you have to go to a real dentist end of story. (Note all the other bad reviews on google, Facebook AND yelp). Edit: I’ve already found a new PROFESSIONAL & accountable dentist office. Again, I will make it my mission to tell everyone what your office did to me until you pay for my wasted time and gas! 🤗

My friend highly recommended this place for me. When I came in at the end of November guys told me that they don't take Health Net Insurance. I had to change my insurance in the start of December for Liberty but when I made an appointment at the start of December it appears I'm not in a system and they don't see me. I spent almost two hours on a cellphone try to figure out why they couldn't see me. I wasn't in a system Health Net Insurance and Liberty didn't make middle month transfer insurance. So , I was nowhere, I couldn't get help at all because Health Net kicked me out and Liberty didn't accept me. I made an appointment for January, 3d . I was waiting for a month. Do you know what they say me today??? They don't take new patients in January and suggest me to wait till February. Are u kidding???? Do u really think that it is normal to wait more than two months appointment with dentist? Next time I'll read reviews before trust anyone. You forced me to change my insurance , I was almost one month with no dental insurance at all and now you can't take me. If I could I would put zero stars.

The wait time was very long, front counter not friendly and very unprofessional but once in the back I was treated well and once I said I felt unheard I got nothing but help as mad as I was they managed to make me laugh. next appointment on the 21st so we shall see how it goes then

very rude unprofessional in prejudice i will be changing my office very soon my experience was very horrible in i would never treat a patient the way this manager treated me in my kids today in the wait time is horrible how do you expect babys in kids to be patient plus she threatened me to cancel me as patient in called the security in police
