Came here for weekend burgers, later learned they don't serve them until past 3pm. This was their first day having brunch menu, so room for improvements. Tried their breakfast burger plus hash, steak with eggs, and "Summer Fling" drink. Overall, I would not return for a while until their kinks are fixed. Best local butcher shop around. Staff is 5 star and meat is fantastic! Their duck pastrami has me in a chokehold. True grass fed grass finished beef. Creative sausages. Beef liver!! All sorts of artisan products (sauces, miso, oils, salts..) everything is amazing. Very excited for them to expand next door to a restaurant!!
