Have given this shop ample opportunities to provide a decent product for the price but they have failed to do so in almost all instances. The beef, while high quality, is extremely expensive where you often get overcharged due to bone weight. Grass fed beef is good but definitely an acquired taste and tenderness. In most cases when I've splurged on their premium cuts, they've been inedibly chewy. I know some chew is expected with grass fed beef but this was ridiculous. Not to mention, butchery quality hasn't been top notch, ... read more

Went out of my way to stop by for a steak, only had dry aged. I went with a 50 day Porterhouse and a 21 day strip. $145.00 It was cooked over fire. Delicious. I'll definitely be back for some more. Pricing is higher end but quality is also. IyKyK

Steaks are great, but the poultry is offensively priced. They charge North of $9/lb for a whole chicken. Same chicken (brand/size/everything) is available at Leever’s for $4/lb. I’m all about paying a slight upcharge to support a local small business, but that type of mark-up is predatory. At the end of the day, I paid the price, so it’s on me. I probably won’t be going back, unless we’re craving a dry aged steak, which they are definitely known for.

I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. I was under the impression that this turkey was going to be precooked especially considering I paid over $200 for the turkey. The turkey I received was completely raw.Photos are attached after it was in the oven for 45 minutes thinking I just had to reheat it. No instructions were provided for whether or not it needed to be further cooked. I will not be returning to this establishment.

They have a very patient, knowledgeable, and personable group of people working there. I love being able to support a local business with so much to offer! Highly recommend stopping in here! (They also have a great loyalty program!)
