Great butcher, amazing staff and quality product, albeit at or above Highlands prices. However, I came in for the first time for the (30$!!) Saturday burger special, and was a bit underwhelmed. For a different pallate, the burger is definitely a hit, but im more of a simpleton. This is a crafted burger. Fries, though, were mushy and not particularly great. Sweet tater fries may fare better. Super helpful staff, quality products and friendly atmosphere
Way over priced for my liking. Not knowing prices, I over paid for 5lbs of brisket. At a whopping $21 per pound. I paid a total of 112.56 for 5.36 lbs. But the meat was good I guess.
Meh. The meat is good quality, I’ve been searching for grass fed/pasture raised local beef to make gelatinous broth with and was thrilled to find this place. Unfortunately, prices are truly ASTRONOMICAL. I bought 2.27 lbs of oxtail— a cut that is supposed to be affordable— and it was about $65. That is INSANE. I will never go here again because I cannot afford it and it’s not *that* good
