Visiting MA for Thanksgiving and stopped in to purchase some riding gloves. Josh was very helpful and friendly. He hand drew us an awesome map to Beverly Commons, including the trails themselves (which was surprisingly accurate)... it was so worth the 34°F ride that evening. We got there late and exited the woods just in time for the early sunset time. Thanks Josh! When we're in Mass, Western Cycle is our bike shop.
Thank you for getting my son fit for his new bike today! He took off on his appropriately size bike and rode a couple miles. He couldn't make it a quarter mile on his small bike. Our best purchase in a long time! We can't thank you enough!

Went in looking for a bike and told them what I was looking to do with it. They showed me multiple bikes and explained the pros and cons of each one. Ended up buying a bike with two helmets and a baby seat. Great people
What a great business! We bought my son's bike there last year. Today something on it for damaged so we called to see about bringing it in and how long it might take to have repaired (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). We were told it would be done by Tuesday or Wednesday which was fine. The guy helped us get it out of the car, brought it in and began repairing it.
