Shady dealings, stay away
Obnoxious, rude and deceptive. I had been calling every week for the past several weeks inquiring about a specific bike model that was backordered. Despite asking numerous times if I could put down a deposit, I was told they don't take deposits and I would just need to keep calling and checking every week, which I did. Shout out to Western Cycle even during a national crisis quickly assembled a bike for my very active and busy four year old son. I called in the morning and within an hour had it assembled and ready for pick up! Thank you guys! 🚲
5 years ago I purchased my first adult bike in Danvers. I pass by the store multiple times a week on the rail-trail and they have always been very helpful in assisting me when I have a loose seat or other problem.
