Courses and Speakers are top of the line!
Very disappointed in this year's FedCal seminars. No discussion of the new Tax Reform, poor quality, waste of money. The company appears to have gone downhill. Will not be returning. If you're looking to learn something, go elsewhere. There are several other companies covering the reform that do a better job of it. These guys just want to capitalize on recent issues for the $$$. No go.
Great speakers and great locations! The hotels are gorgeous and amenities are minutes away. Great for the attendees and their families! Win Win!
Speakers are wonderful!! Seriously the best!! The only suggestion I have for organizers is to stop making us feel like we are little kids in school. Other than that, I love these conferences. (Nashville, Scottsdale and now Kauai)
Very disappointed in a couple of things: 1) Customer Service is not available online or by calling the toll free phone number on Saturday. 2) I purchased a Self-Study Pass online for unlimited self-study courses. Next I selected the courses I wanted to download to study today. I clicked on my "Cart", which is where the courses are processed at no charge since I've already paid for the pass, and I get an error message. I can't access the courses and I've paid $349 for unlimited courses! More than frustrating!
