Grey Wolf Architecture has worked with Western Constructors for many years on many different commercial and residential project types. The Health Care division of MB Real Estate purchased a lot in the Corner Square development in Grand Junction for a build-to-suit medical office building/ambulatory surgery center for a client who was expanding his practice. The project started in late 2012 and continued through winter for a Fall 2012 opening. The Western Constructors team was outstanding and their on-time and on-budget performance was key to a successful project.
