This is an update to a 2 star review from early 2019. WCHN is not good. But Dr. Macintosh is great. My issue was a records management problem transferring my records from the Kent to the New Milford Office when Dr. Mac moved in early 2019. I'm still not happy with WCHN for their record transfer problem, plus they don't seem to monitor social media. So I took off one star for the company, but Dr. Macintosh is great. Empathetic, sympathetic, listens and helps.

I switched to WCHN, Dr. Macintosh, in the Kent office. After a year or so they closed the Kent office and move to NM hospital. Macintosh's office at NM hospital called telling me I needed an appointment and I have to release my records from Kent to their office. But the Kent office is closed. Why didn't my records follow me? Called NM hospital. They connected me back to Macintosh's office at the hospital. This time a different person said, "no, your records followed you. I can make an appointment." Dr. Thomas Botta should no longer be employed by Western Connecticut. Very unprofessional towards his patient, James Lovelett. My past experience with him has been nothing but disturbing. HR Dept. should contact this patient for more details. JRL. My information is in the system. Thankyou
