I notice that someone left a review that this facility is " money hungry". I'd to add that based on my experience, I can confirm that statement to be true. I spoke to the "owner" ( that was how she describe herself) of the facility. She was horrible. Her arrogance is astounding , and when it does seem like she is in this for the money not to help people in need. I went in for an adult evaluation as they had the shortest waitlist of similar places. The entire evaluation consisted of a 45-minute zoom call of surficial, stereotypical, and out-of-date questions, and then I came in to take self-questionnaires and do a bunch of tests/games clearly designed for young children. I gave this practice a shot despite the bad reviews here and after my 3 visits, I wanted to come back to give my take on WCBH. Reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The office was running on time and everything seemed well-organized with regards to scheduling. The doctor herself was easy to talk to, kind, and educated. I was also seen by 2 other practitioners for certain tests that were equally comfortable to be around. I felt things were explained well and I had ample opportunities to take breaks as needed. Each doctor demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and clearly demonstrated their expertise within the field. I would recommend them for expert witness testimony without question.

I was just charged when I told the lady a month or so ago I’ll pay the charges I owe when I can. They didn’t even call to see if I could make payment plans or something.
