Very grateful for their formulas because they make me feel better. Is it timely? Sometimes yes sometimes no, you just have to plan ahead. They do good work though because I just feel better!
I believe they did not fill prescription correctly! Which caused weeks of a lot of clean up from my pet. On my second time using Compounding Pharmacy to fill a pets medicine the color looked different, the texture was different, the amount in tube was different and the pen wasn't advancing. I brought back with the previous tube. I was told they fix the pen but compounds texture and the color was due to a change they made in processing. A line of B.S. from GJ Compounding Pharmacy. I have never had an issue getting my medication on time, I've been using these guys for a year or maybe longer. They always text me to see if I want to refill my medicine and I call them back and let them know, they tell me the day they are allowed by law to fill it. I always receive a text that day telling me it's ready for pick up. Always kind and polite with every phone call I make. I'm a local vet and was trying to get flavored compounded medication for my own cat who is difficult to orally medicate and unpredictably picky w flavors. I asked if we could get some flavor samples, before ordering an expensive prescription, to see if there was something our cat would like. My wife made the initial call and was rudely told no, have your husband call (me, the vet). I called and was also told no.
