We had a great experience! We are experienced RVers and feel this company provides great service. The unit was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. Here is the bitter sweet part of RV rentals that MOST people do not understand; a RV rental is very difference from a hotel room. At a hotel none of the cleaning or repairs (other than vandalism) are charged to the renter. Renters beware!!! This guy charged me for ridiculous "incidental" charges after the rental was returned. Make sure you are VERY observant when going through the walk through!!! Take pics inside and out!! I returned the unit super clean yet he charged me for normal wear and tear items that i feel have probably been paid for time and time again from other renters. In my opinion..I'm sure there are other rentals in the area before renting from Western Colorado RV!!
