The entire staff is absolutely amazing! I was so worried about going to a different doctor other than my dogs regular vet, but I am so blessed to have found Dr. Crouch! I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars because this place deserves it! Thank you all SO MUCH!!
Dr. Crouch and staff were with me through all the ups and downs of the emotional roller coaster dealing with my dogs torn CCL. I felt very comfortable handing over my baby to their staff. THANK YOU!!
Excellent surgeon!!! I adopted "Howie", a Min Pin who had been in the shelter over a month with broken ribs, a dislocated shoulder and several other problems. The local vet said that he was an "orthopedic train wreck". Dr. Crouch was able to piece him back together after all that time. He is getting better with every day that passes. I was also impressed with his knowledge of nutritional supplements and the importance of a proper diet in overall health. I am so thankful that Dr. Crouch was recommended. Reaper, the family puppy received excellent care from Dr. Crouch. I praise Dr. Crouch for doing what seemed to be impossible and making it such a positive for my daughter's Siberian Husky puppy. Thanks go out to Dr. Crouch, his staff, and Barbara Sneed for making it possible for Reaper to have four legs to walk on as he grows into a beautiful grand-fur-child!
Loved our experience with Dr. Crouch and his staff! My poor baby Frenchie, Spike, broke his elbow walking down some steps and only one month later, he is almost back to his puppy self! Spike wasn't the easiest patient, as he wiggled out of his bandages a couple of times, but Dr. Crouch was only a text away to make arrangements. Even on a Saturday when everyone else in Asheville was snowed in, he met us to re-bandage Spike. Dr. Crouch was even shoveling snow as we arrived so we could get out of our car! Talk about service! 5-star rating? More like 50 stars. We couldn't be happier with the work and compassion of Dr. Crouch and the staff. "Fantastic" is an understatement, and we are very glad to have been referred to a specialist of Dr. Crouch's caliber...It has been a month since our Boston terrier mix Ella had her left hind leg amputated due to a malignant tumor. The surgery went extremely well, and Ella's recovery has followed suit. (We now call her Ella the Tri-pawed Wonder Dog, and she's as feisty as ever.). Our family is deeply, deeply gra... read more
Our 6 year old boxer, Bailey developed a limp in her left back leg back in the summer. Our veterarian referred us to Dr. Crouch. Dr. Crouch was very thorough in his exam and explanation of Bailey's condition. He discussed the various options for Bailey and expected recovery time. Both Dr. Crouch and his entire staff were very helpful in arranging surgery for Bailey. Bailey's surgery went very well and it was comforting to know that a member of the staff would spend the night at the hospital with Bailey to monitor her pain. D... read more
