Horrible customer service and experience with their product. Builder worked with a distributor in Ohio who installed woodmont cabinets. No wonder that distributor stopped doing business with woodmont cabinets. Called today to get service on soft close hinges that no longer operate as soft close. Cabinets installed 6 years ago. Also requested how to order quarter round in matching stain to replace damaged quarter round. Rep said they can’t do anything because I don’t have a distributor nearby any more. My Bettenbough Woodmont cabinets need touchups here and there. The problem has been finding the correct color, which is a very dark brown almost black paint. You say you partner with SW but they have no record of this color. Your company is not answering my email which shows shoddy customer service. Frustrating when one has to repaint their entire home of cabinets because touch ups are needed. I will be avoiding Woodmont in the future.
