Trust these negative reviews. They are legitimate. Lost $14,000 dealing with these people. Go anywhere else. This is the work their recommended installer did. He accompanied their salesman to my house. They refused to even look at the work. They said it was between me and the installer. Another words I'm on my own. I wonder how many people they have done this to? Very disappointed to say the least. One star is too many.
