I messaged and talked before coming in. Day of I walk in and the nail tech informed me that she couldn't do hard gel, only soft. Which I feel like should have been informed when making the appointment before making it. I was then informed there will be no refunds

I just had a pedicure with Terra. What a sweetheart. She did a very good job. I would definitely recommend her.
