They treat you like family here very caring thank you Kimberly and staff 🩷
She is hardly ever in the office or she is on vacation all the time. She schedules appointments and I'll be sitting in the parking lot on time and she'll call and ask me to come back later. She schedules appointments without talking to you or making sure you are available at that date and time. Very unprofessional. I also have to call and remind her to send medication because she forgets to send over all medication. You call and nobody hardly ever calls you back it's crazy.
They took me in at the time I very much needed help. Give yourself some extra time because it’s just not in and out.
If you need an NP who will listen to you and relate to you or advice you and help/treat you in all the ways she can, go to her ASAP!
