Kim is a wonderful doctor very kind listens and takes time to help you with any issues our family loves her
Writes you a prescription, then cancel that, then needs blood work, then mentions mental health, too many hoops to jump through
They treat you like family here very caring thank you Kimberly and staff 🩷
She is hardly ever in the office or she is on vacation all the time. She schedules appointments and I'll be sitting in the parking lot on time and she'll call and ask me to come back later. She schedules appointments without talking to you or making sure you are available at that date and time. Very unprofessional. I also have to call and remind her to send medication because she forgets to send over all medication. You call and nobody hardly ever calls you back it's crazy.
