They will not refund your money regardless what they say. I returned my partials after 1 year, of numerous times sent back to the lab to get them to fit. I made an appointment, Dentist was fed up like I was, here comes biling. 😒 Every scare tactic, guilt trip, misery tactic was used not to give me my money back. Threat of recording stop the harassment. I video tape me returning the partials and contacted the Better Business Bureau like I said I would. Next stop Small Claims Court. 1Â
