So many break ins, I don't even bother to keep a lock on my unit. I lost most of my stuff in less than 4 months.
Customer service sucks and all manager does is apolize.
Deplorable conditions of units. They have an infestation of mice. While cleaning out a unit, there was mice feces all over children items, couches, new bed, entertainment center and to top it there was a dead mouse in the unit. 🤢🤮
Do NOT store your personal belongings in a outdoor storage unit at this location. We stored our belongings for $140/month for 8 months. Mice took over and destroyed our couches and left mice poop all over everything we owned that wasn’t stored into storage containers. We then found out because we didn’t pay extra for insurance to store our items in what should of been a clean and safe unit. they denied replacing anything and sent me down a rabbit hole getting images and documenting everything for absolutely no reason at all.... read more
We came here 5 time to fill a propane tank and everytime they told us to come back, because they were either on break, on lunch, not there or to busy... worst service ever!
On our way to Michigan we broke down on the side of the highway with a massive Coolant leak from the timing cover of my 95 F150. We kept our cool knowing that God would guide us in the directions we needed to take.... and it was in the 30s over night too lol. We asked around town who would the locals take thier vehical to. overwhelmingly Fairs Automotive came to sound. We flooded the truck with antifreeze and arrived at Fairs Saturday morning.
