I'd heard great things about this shop from multiple people, so I was looking forward to bringing my car in. When I pulled up, the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. I'm talking deafening levels. I sat in my car for a few minutes hoping someone would notice a customer had arrived and turn it down, but nothing changed. I found Western Auto about 3 years ago because I live in the neighborhood and needed to drop my car off, and could be able to walk home. That was the first time I encountered Andy the manager and he did a great job of explaining what was wrong and trying to avoid me paying extra for stuff I didn't need. How rare in a mechanic to not try and sell you stuff you don't need!!!!!
