Excellent service and pricing. I'd higly recommend Western Auto.. Andy and his guys worked on both my scion frs and subaru forester for some minor and major (60k maintenance) items. Andy is super helpful, informative, and easy to talk to.

I'd heard great things about this shop from multiple people, so I was looking forward to bringing my car in. When I pulled up, the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. I'm talking deafening levels. I sat in my car for a few minutes hoping someone would notice a customer had arrived and turn it down, but nothing changed. I ended up leaving without even getting out of my car and made an appointment somewhere else. I found Western Auto about 3 years ago because I live in the neighborhood and needed to drop my car off, and could be able to walk home. That was the first time I encountered Andy the manager and he did a great job of explaining what was wrong and trying to avoid me paying extra for stuff I didn't need. How rare in a mechanic to not try and sell you stuff you don't need!!!!!
