I’ve had an exceptional experience with this auto shop. Andy, the owner, truly cares about his customers and does not try to rip customers off. For instance, he noticed my old tires needed replacing and provided a quote. However, he also encouraged me to shop around for better prices, giving me specific tire dimensions and recommended brands. Andy and his crew are knowledgeable, explain things to you, tell you what is necessary and what doesn’t need to be fixed. They keep you informed throughout the process & prices are fair for the work they do. The most honest, expert independent shop I have encountered so far.
Took a chance on a new shop and was very satisfied… I had a lot wrong with my car and Andy worked with me with what should be addressed first and what could wait… very honest and has his customers best interest as his main priority…. Honest and trustworthy.. would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!
Service maintenance on our 2018 Honda Fit. Service techs and rep were professional and friendly, no overcharging or excessive repairs. Our car was ready on time as promised.
I cannot express the gratitude I have for Andy and the guys at Western Auto. I’m new in town and my Toyota RAV4 died with little warning. Western Auto went out of their way to work on my car even though I didn’t have appointment and got it back to me in perfect condition within 2 days. The shop is awesome.
