I found Western Auto about 3 years ago because I live in the neighborhood and needed to drop my car off, and could be able to walk home. That was the first time I encountered Andy the manager and he did a great job of explaining what was wrong and trying to avoid me paying extra for stuff I didn't need. I'd heard great things about this shop from multiple people, so I was looking forward to bringing my car in. When I pulled up, the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. I'm talking deafening levels. I sat in my car for a few minutes hoping someone would notice a customer had arrived and turn it down, but nothing changed. I’ve had an exceptional experience with this auto shop. Andy, the owner, truly cares about his customers and does not try to rip customers off. For instance, he noticed my old tires needed replacing and provided a quote.
