Tried to call them with questions regarding a service- was immediately met with an attitude and they assumed and mansplained what my situation was before I even had a chance to explain what was actually going on. I also was interrupted twice and when I actually got to explain my situation in full detail- only AFTER did the man say "I didn't hear a thing you said" wasting my damn time and making me repeat myself. I’ve had an exceptional experience with this auto shop. Andy, the owner, truly cares about his customers and does not try to rip customers off. For instance, he noticed my old tires needed replacing and provided a quote.
