I had a great experience at Weston Auto Service on University Avenue in San Diego. Andy, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire car repair process smooth and transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s this honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable service and a team that truly knows what they're doing!
Tried to call them with questions regarding a service- was immediately met with an attitude and they assumed and mansplained what my situation was before I even had a chance to explain what was actually going on. I also was interrupted twice and when I actually got to explain my situation in full detail- only AFTER did the man say "I didn't hear a thing you said" wasting my damn time and making me repeat myself. I’ve had an exceptional experience with this auto shop. Andy, the owner, truly cares about his customers and does not try to rip customers off. For instance, he noticed my old tires needed replacing and provided a quote. However, he also encouraged me to shop around for better prices, giving me specific tire dimensions and recommended brands. Took a chance on a new shop and was very satisfied… I had a lot wrong with my car and Andy worked with me with what should be addressed first and what could wait… very honest and has his customers best interest as his main priority…. Honest and trustworthy.. would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!
Service maintenance on our 2018 Honda Fit. Service techs and rep were professional and friendly, no overcharging or excessive repairs. Our car was ready on time as promised.
